Welcome to Craig and Steph's Vacations. We are a couple from Massachusetts, USA with a passion for world travel. We love meeting new people and learning about their lives and cultures. We are all part of the same human race, and we have far more in common with one another than we have differences. And the differences are what makes life interesting. It is our intention to travel and observe without judgment, hence our identification as "Anecdotal Anthropologists." Travel does wonders with cultivating empathy and opening hearts and minds. We have made lifelong friends as a result of our travels. Although we have no children of our own, we have godchildren (officially and unofficially) in countries as diverse as Guatemala, Ecuador, Bhutan, India, and China. These relationships have enriched our lives beyond measure. Craig was diagnosed with relapse remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) several years ago. It has caused some challenges during recent trips, but we are determined to maintain our traveling lifestyle as best we can. This site is a detailed travelog of our journeys. Steph works full time in the software industry, so we often don't have enough time to update this site in a timely manner. But in the meanwhile, we post updates to Facebook and/or our blog.
